A Personal Note

I am so excited!  I’ve got GREAT news to share and you’re among the first to know!

As many of you know, I represent products and services under the business name of Contractor’s Crossroad and recently GoSmallBiz Solutions.  The products and services that I have always represented are Pre-Paid Legal Family and Business Plans, GoSmallBiz.com, and Identity Theft Shield.  This has not changed.  But here’s the news!

Having been a publicly traded company for the last 38 years, Pre-Paid Legal was recently sold to a New York based equity firm, MidOcean Partners for $650,000,000.  Yes, you read that correctly.   This firm paid a lot of money and plans to make our company even greater than it’s been. They also announced a huge, strategic marketing campaign that will bring our new company name LegalShield to the marketplace with a vengeance.  Starting very soon, you will see our new company name, logo and marketing strategy take shape.
